Hello Team,
I had booked an bus from Mumbai to Pune on **th August ****. The bus was cancelled by the driver but the amount is still not refunded back to me. I had booked the bus ticket from make my trip app and in app its shows the trip is completed and i am trying to speak to makemy trip agent but that option is not enabled only in MMT. Make my trip is now not connecting the call the the agent/person i guess. From one month i am trying to get in touch with them but not able to connect. Hence please check and help me resolve the issue.
