I was booked bus ticket Chennai to Madurai on **-**-**** through Goibibo. Ticket No.IC************#GDS_***baee*****cf************ But bus operator Intercity bus did not allow the boarding, due to intercity bus own website booking only allowed to be boarding.
In this regard continuously call to customer care no one not responding. Same time complaint raised through mobile app.complaint request ID is *****************. Till this problem not solved. Request for refund my cash Rs.***.
