Abhishek Kumar filed complaint against Intercity bus on Nov 4, 2024
On **th October, I booked a ticket for the Manali bus scheduled to depart at **:** pm. To my dismay, I received a notification before departure that the bus had been canceled. This is unacceptable. Not only did I face significant inconvenience, but I was also left stranded without alternative arrangements.
To add insult to injury, I have not yet receive a refund for the ticket I purchased. This delay is completely unacceptable service. They are denying for refund now stating their refund policy.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
