Red Bus - Bus operator cancelled the bus no refund given by redbus

I booked a bus ticket through red bus from varanasi to jaipur on ** September ****,my pnr no ******& seat no. C in Srinath ji travels& amount ****,but bus operators Shrinath ji travels cancelled bus but refused to provide a y alternative bus, I contact various no. Of red bus customer but no one responded, my money is gone, I not get any refund message now I m stuck in very critical situation.
