Jaydev filed complaint against Goibibo on Jan 29, 2025
On **th Jan ****, I have booked * tickets for **feb **** from Banaras to Ayodhya with krishna travels vis Goibibo.
On Jan **, I received a message with my PNR number that the bus is cancelled without any prior notice. That's the reason I have raised a query on Goibibo. But I am not sure how they closed my request directly without any confirmation from your end.
The bus operators are also not receiving any calls now.
And unfortunately the bus is not visible on any of the platform for booking which creates suspicious if the bus operators are legit on Goibibo or not?
The intresting part was I also booked one of my same ticket on the same day same bus from redbus and they already confirmed that the bus is cancelled for that day. I am attaching the necessary screenshot for your reference.
Not sure how Goibibo is not able to confirm the same things.
