Red bus - Bus Missed because of driver and conductor

Harsh filed complaint against Red bus on Mar 10, 2020

As I booked a ticket on red bus of *nd March **** from Delhi to Bikaner .in the morning when bus was about *** km far away from bikaner .. I requested driver to stop bus for letting me to use restroom. Self and conductor both went to use restroom and driver went away with bus without me. In the morning he left me in jungle without money as my wallet was in the bus. I have compliant against the driver and conductor to redbus but they are also silent.

I request you to help me to get Total refund and take necessary action against driver
