Red Bus - Bus is not dropped me in the right destination

This is R. Baskar from Bangalore. My wife, G. Latha, and I traveled from Pune to Mumbai on your *:** A.M. bus (Bus Number ****) on December **, ****. However, our journey was disrupted approximately ** kilometers before reaching Mumbai when the bus was stopped by the police.

We were informed that the driver lacked a valid license and the bus did not have the required permit. Consequently, we were stranded for nearly an hour before being instructed by the driver to disembark. We had to arrange for a taxi on short notice to reach our destination in time to catch our flight to Bangalore. This was especially challenging as the bus stopped on the highway, making it difficult to find transportation.

The taxi fare amounted to ***/- for both of us. When I contacted you regarding this issue, you assured me that the full amount would be reimbursed. However, I have yet to receive the reimbursement.

Additionally, I am deeply concerned about the negligence in allowing an unlicensed driver and a vehicle without proper permits to operate. As a practicing lawyer in Bangalore, I find this oversight highly concerning and unacceptable.

I kindly request you to process the reimbursement of at the earliest. The payment was made via credit card. Please confirm the transfer and respond to this email promptly. Failure to address this matter will leave me no choice but to escalate the issue further.
