I booked a bus ticket through Goibibo (Booking ID: GOBUSAND**********) from Kolkata (Santragachi) to Bangalore on ** May at **:** AM.
I reached the boarding point on time, but the bus never arrived. I waited for more than *.* hours without any update. I tried contacting the driver and bus operator multiple times, but there was no response.
I also contacted Goibibo support, but they failed to provide any real-time assistance or alternative arrangement. Due to this, I was stranded at the boarding point, causing mental stress, inconvenience, and significant disruption to my travel plans.
Despite this complete service failure where the bus was not provided, my refund request has been unfairly rejected. This is unacceptable as I paid ₹**** for a service that was never delivered.
I request a full refund of ₹**** along with compensation for the inconvenience, harassment, and lack of support faced during this incident.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
