Red Bus - Bus Delayed

The departure time of the bus (Shapar - Ahmedabad) was **.** am on ** Dec. The name of the operator was Pavan travels. Pick up point was Maruti travels Shapar. When the bus did not come at the scheduled time i constantly tried calling the bus operator and the red bus but i did not get the response. At around *.** am finally after trying multiple times i was able to get a chat help from red bus which said the bus would be arriving at the pick up point in some time. Still no call response neither from the bus operator nor the red bus. At *.** am i got a call from the operator. they asked me where i am standing. I told them that i am standing at the pick up point (Maruti Travels shapar verawal which was mentioned in the ticket). They fail to recognise the pick up point. Since i was new to the place i wasn't able to explain them the entire area. Finally i managed to explain them the point but the operatir told me that the bus not does under the bridge (Maruti travels in below the flyover). They said the bus will be coming over the flyover and you need to reach at the end of the flyoveer to catch the bus. At *.** am in the night.. all the shops closed and no single person was there to help me out. It was really unsafe for me to movr out of the boarding point. I didn't had choice. Dragging the luggages, I walked around *** metres (i did not count it, but this should be minimum) in the dark with the heavy luggages and taking all the risk of grtting into tha hands of miscraents. Finally the bus arrived at *.** am at the end of the flyover. This was a pathetic experience and a hell lot of ahrrasement. Please refund my money back along with the penalty.
