Hi sir
I have booked a ticket on **/**/****
From kurnool to hyderabad departure timing from kurnool is showing in the app as *.**am but it has been delayed by *hr. I called to the driver and ask why it was late he is saying there is a portal issue.so please explain me how to book this ticket I have wasted my *.** hr time depending on this bus and I missed my business meeting I lost money due to missed this meeting.please refund the amount for my booking as this is fault from tsrtc
