Sourabh Yadav filed complaint against Red Bus on Dec 21, 2018
I booked two tickets for **st Dec **** **:** AC sleeper for Amar Travels on **th Dec ****. On the afternoon of **st Dec, I got a call from bus operator that the bus has been cancelled. They did not provide me with any of the reasons and told me that RedBus will refund the amount. I can see that the refund is in process as of now.
The main problem is that the bus operator has around *-* buses going on in time interval of * hour. This is not usual as the other operators only have * or * buses on the same route. Now when I check the fares, its almost tripled for Non Ac and the seats are also not available.
The bus operator is trying to earn money by cancelling the tickets last minute and hiking the bus fares.
