Syamkumar Rayavarapu filed complaint against Tsrtc on Apr 26, 2021
I have booked a ticket on **th April **** at *:**PM for service number *****(KMM-SKLM) from Aswaraopet to Visakhpatnam for journey on **th April **** *: ** pm journey
I was there at Aswaraopet bus stop at *:** pm and waited till **:** pm and called to number given in ticket message.
I got an update like the bus was cancelled, then I have why that information not passed prior to bus journey time, then the enquiry person given khammam bus depot number.
When I asked about the details why the cancellation information not shared prior to my journey, then they said they are not responsible and they provided sattupalli depot number to check, when I call to sattupalli depot again they provided help line number
I am in Aswarapeta bus stop till **:** pm with my wife and * kids( * years and ** months kids), I need to reach visakhpatnam by **th morning, but I suffered alot in bus stop just because of tsrtc/tsrtc online services.
I didn't even get a proper response from the persons I contacted through mobile, is this some kind of fraud happened? ,
I booked ticket in tsrtc many times, but this is the first time tsrtc struggled my family alot.
Please help me to provide the details ' why the bus cancellation information not shared? and why the help lines/ or staff we reached so irresponsible?
Really I suffered a lot with my kids in mid night, now the date is **th, I don't even recived a single response to mobile about my journey.
I tried to submit a complaint in tsrtc official website, but it is showing error like url not working, so I reached voxya.
Please help me to get response from tsrtc
