Jyoti filed complaint against Red Bus on May 12, 2019
The Red Bus app showed Nilamadhab Travels running between Bokaro and Ranchi on **th of May ****. I got my ticket booked on it. Later when I called the bus operator he said that the bus was already cancelled but still it was showing on the app. I want a refund for my booking.
