Dear Sir,
My name is dhiraj kumar rai with mobile no. **********.
I had booked bus from Delhi to Allahabad on **th Dec **** and date of journey is **th march ****.
On same day of travel i got call from bus operator (**********) that due to some technical issue in bus the bus was cancelled and i must book another ticket. But the same bus is operative and runing on time with * times fare.(Snap is attached for both)
I have not got any intimation of same either through message or mail.
That is a pathetic experience i am facing with red bus and bus operator. That is completely unprofessional attitude of bus operator and i am facing huge financial loss due to this situation.
I request you to please take a know on subject issue and take the required action to resolve the issue.
