Ordered food from Swiggy and received totally burnt food. Manchurian balls were burnt because of that whole food including noodles were smelling like burnt.
I called swiggy customer care but they didn't help me also swiggy chat didn't provide me with a solution. From the last * orders, I'm receiving the bad quality food and complaining about food but they didn't give me a solution. Neither they arranged a replacement nor they refunded my money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
