BRS maid services Bangalore - BRS Maid services Fraud advance amount not refunded

We searched for cook services on the internet and BRS maid services approached us and told us ,they have North Karnataka profiles according to our requirement, and promised us that they would send the maid after the advance payment of Rs.*****.

One of their executive named Mr.Sharath visited our house and collected the information regarding our needs and provided the agreement letter and asked for advance payment hence we paid the same expecting their genuine services. We had asked them for the maid service for * months and they had sent one of the maid for one month , following which they asked us to pay the maid ***** in cash. But after that the maid refused to continue work for another month, and the executives said they would send replacement maid for the next month.

But however they failed to send the replacement maid even after waiting for **days , initially they kept saying they would send the maid in *-*days .
Later on they stopped recieving our constant calls and did not respond to our watsapp messages too. Finally we tried called them from another number for which one of them recieved and we asked for them to refund our advance amount as they had failed to send the maid.
