BRS maid services Bangalore - BRS MAID SERVICES BANGALORE CHEATED US WITHOUT PROVIDING THE SERVICE

When we were looking for nanny, Balu from BRS MAID SERVICES called me and told me that they have * -* candidates are readily available and urged us to pay the advance before sharing the nanny profile. Since we were in need, We have paid Rs.*****/- as advance for providing a nanny service by signing the agreement. The first nanny they provided didn't even come for one day. We asked for replacement, they have told that they will provide in *-* days. We waited patiently but we didn't get any response for one week. So we asked them to cancel the contract and refund the advance amount since we didn't get any service from them. After calling multiple times and sending emails, they have cancelled the contract and replied saying refund will be credited in one week. But As usual they didn't. After some days they said it will be credited in ** days. But it has been ** days now still we didn't get any response or refund. Upon calling multiple times they are not lifting phone & messages.

We are mentally very disturbed by this incident. I hope we get our hard earned money from them and nobody else get cheated like us.
