I have sent Airtel *G hotspot dongle for unlocking to Digiworld Delhi and same being sent back to me through FedEx. At the time of delivery of the packet, I was not available and courier person delivered the broken packet without material inside at my home. My wife was not aware of the material and packet and received without proper checking. On the same the day I called courier person and ask that the packet not containing material inside. He accepted that packet is light and containing nothing when delivered. He asked me to register a complaint to FedEx. I am requesting you to please take serious action on it and help me to get my material.
