I recieved broken earphones
Raise a ticket for replacement as stated on the bewakoof website as per the attached screenshot for replacement in case of damaged product but received a response ** hours later that they won't replace them. Even when it is clearly mentioned that in case damaged product is received replacement will be provided then why do I even have to debate about it
