Airtel executive came and collected the amount through airtel link Rs .**** on *th Jun **** . He confirmed that it will get installed by Monday (*th Jun ****). However till date no installation nor executive is picking up the call. No customer care support. Its total harassment mentally and officially. As it was very urgent for me to get it installed due to work from home. But till now I m suffering mentally and officially.
I want my money back.
