I have paid Rs ****/- to Airtel for Broadband/Landline connection on **th June ****. But the connection has not worked for the last * days. The connection stopped working on *th July **** and till now the issue is now resolved. My work is heavily impacted due to this. I want cancellation and refund of the same. But the Floor Manager:- Nitish Malhotra (Airtel Denied me the refund). Airtel is not giving me services and also not returning my money.
I have registered a complaint in consumer forum as well.
