Netplus is the most pathetic broadband I've ever experienced. **% of the time they are either updating their service or internet is down or speed is dead due to illogical reasons. I am stuck as there is no jio fiber here, otherwise I would have dumped these moron long ago. They are shame in the name of fiber service.
