Avanida Kumar chauhan filed complaint against ACT Broadband on Nov 4, 2018
Hello team,
I paid rupee **** as a rental for * month for new connection. This guy's collect the amount on ** and said will provide new connection in ** hours. So ideally it should be install by *nd of nov.. but till *rth nov I haven't got any call from ACT regarding any installation or any other thing.. I called to customer care many times.. but every time they said, we will do it by end of the day...even today I called and then they said we need ** hours... And if I asked to return my many they said will take the request and let you know...
Now I am very much frusted bcos I have already made a payment and I am not getting the service.. could you please help to get This resolve.
Below is the details of payment and user id..
"Dear Subscriber thank you for paying the subscription amount Rs.**** for User ID:************.
Payment Receipts will be available in ** to ** hours in your Portal Page under My Account : Payment History."
