Carrier Air Conditioners - breakdown my A C cover

I complain on **/**/**** for noising from A.C. But From Home cure service centre, ganganagar, Mr. Prabir paul , sent serviceman not A.C technician for A.C. service . They have broken my A. C .cover on **/**/****. But not solved so far. Thank You.
