My laptop is in warranty and HDD failed, Dell has given assurity to replace the hard drive within * working days.
Warranty terms says it's next-day service.
It's been more than ** days now and have nothing heard from dell.
I'm happy to proceed legally against dell services as the HDD has more than ***GB of data which is quite financially very important for me.
The other part of the issue is even your laptop is in warranty they do not guarantee the data backup due to part failure, then what's the use of warranty service? only to replace the part and job is done? Any of the customer do not spend money just to loose the data.
