Hyundai - Breach of trust forgery of my signatures

I have visited arise hyundai and they have changed some parts but mileage issue still persists. Also I have signed a satisfaction note with remark of under observation for ** days with blue ink. Whereas the dealership have forged my signature on other satisfaction note using a green ink pen (I never use a green pen). I had dropped my idea of criminal proceeding but this forgery has added more fuel to my miseries. I shall now take this issue to the highest logical end. I am shocked initially they have claimed false bills from insurance company now they are forging my signatures. Law will not spare.
