Ramteja Sanketh filed complaint against OYO on Aug 25, 2022
I booked a hotel room via OYO hotels, I got a call from a number and WhatsApp texts from the said number, who claimed to be an OYO employee. The text included the booking ID along with the hotel room details. I made the payment for the hotel booking twice. But the number after the transaction is switched off. The payment was made to the number as the details of the booking, which are supposed to be unique and are not supposed to be shared, were provided by the number.
