Ankit Gupta filed complaint against Quikr on Dec 20, 2018
On Oct **st ****, I purchased the rental brokerage service from Quikr by one of their employees Prathap Rao. The agreement said that refund will be provided if Quilr is unable to provide a tenant. I found the tenant on my own and as per the agreement they should refund the amount to me. However, its been a month and Quikr is not refunding this amount. Neither they are giving any confirmation or committment to refund this. I am attaching the agreement between Quikr and Me which talks about the refund clause. I've all the mails and whatsapp/twitter messages on which I am trying to follow up with them but no success. Would be grateful to you for any help. I am also planning to file a case in the district consumer forum but thought of using the other channels first.
