I ordered the following three books from Physics Wallah on **th August ****, with expected delivery by **th August ****:
*. EaJEE Handwritten Notes for Physical Chemistry – Faisal Razaq
*. EaJEE Handwritten Notes for Inorganic Chemistry – Om Pandey
*. Maths Made EJEE Class ** Handwritten Notes – Sachin Jakhar
Till today (**th August ****), I have not received my books. The app still shows that my order is “Not Packed”, and the Order ID provided is invalid, making it impossible to track.
I contacted Physics Wallah support, and they assured me that they would resolve the issue within **–** hours. It has now been * days, and I have received no update or resolution.
What makes this worse is that other students have already received the same books on the promised delivery date (**th August), even tagging the authors online. This clearly proves that the books are in stock and the problem lies only with my order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
