My hotel booking ID : *********,
As i see in the website the hotel is * star and i reached there few days back and saw that the hotel is below * star.
Too bad maintance in the hotel, smelly room, not cleaned, toilet door handels are broken, main door lock was not working. By seeing this i canceled my future booking of this hotel. And now i want my money back. My money will be waste if i stay there, Agoda commits it is * star hotel and charge same rate like other * star and it is below * star hotel.
In my view it was * star hotel.
Now agoda raise cancellation fees which is inappropriate thing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
