This is regarding the lackadaisical attitude toward customer dealing being shown at Kia dealership in Haldwani. The unofficial booking amount taken from me on July **st is not being refunded despite tens of followups.
I am very disappointed with the way the sales staff there is dealing with me - it has been almost ** days since I have been following up with them but for no avail.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
