Oyo - booking price changed overnight

i booked oyo rooms booking id K**H**** for OYO *** Kalkaji Residency Bnb for check in ** Dec **** for * night stay for Rs.***/- prepaid. I was with my family along with my * year old son. But when I reach there at **:** the hotel manager told me to pay the balance amount of Rs****.**. I was shocked to know how was this possible. I opened Oyo app and saw that it was actually showing Rs.**** pending to be paid. it was very cold that night and my child was crying badly. I requested the hotel manager that it would be very difficult for me to pay * times the amount i was committed for the room. He then asked me to pay Rs.**** and would arrange a room. he then take me to other hotel near to it named hotel gera's and then i paid him Rs.**** for which i got a pathetic room. I was forced to pay amount of Rs.**** for nothing. I had nowhere to go, just because my son was crying in that cold i took that room make the payment. moreover in the morning during check out i had an argument with the manager of the hotel and come to know that he paid Rs.*** commission to the hotel manager of OYO *** Kalkaji Residency Bnb from Rs.****
I and my family suffered a lot of mental agony due to such mismanagement and corruption. Kindly take action against the hotel manager of OYO *** Kalkaji Residency.
