They duped me and my wife when we booked roundtrip tickets from Mumbai to Delhi. Later we got a call saying that your booking was not confirmed due to operational issues from the Airline. We later investigated and saw that there are many others who are scammed this way and hence it led us to mental stress and anxiety.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
