Hi,
It was happened with red bus booking not confirmed but the amount got deducted from my account, actually I paid amt through phone pay it was successful transaction and I called to bank and got information like it's got debited by my account.
And though I complained to red bus and even I called to red bus care, mail them but not even responing for my mail and cl also.
Can u please go through this and make my life easier as soon as possible bcz it happened last ** days before still didn't get any information please
