I was booking a train ticket but i got booking id TRNMFTJMIRB*FQ and tax invoice is generated where my payment is shown of ₹****. But i didn't receive any tickets or related details. The goibibo customer care says that I don't have any refund left. Since goibibo.com has sent me the receipt of payment for ticket. That is ₹**** but has not mentioned any details about booking. Now i am left helpless with the booking id TRNMFTJMIRB*FQ and tax invoice. Kindly help me whether goibibo is doing some kind of fraud by online money laundering.
