Tathagata Mukhopadhyay filed complaint against Travolook on Nov 4, 2020
On * Sep **, my wife Mrs Mukhopadhyay, tried to book an air ticket from Kolkata to Mumbai. The airlines (Vistara) diverted payment through Travolook. The booking failed but the money was deducted. Travolook sent an email (screenshot attached as proof) with Ref No ********* confirming this. When we called them up (****-***-****) they said the money would be refunded within **-** days. Two months down the line, we have still not received any refund. In the meantime, we called them no less than * times - every time they came up with false promises that it would be refunded within *-* days. We are retired elderly couple, and this amount means a lot to us. You are requested to step in and help.
