OYO - Booking confirmed advance payment booking

I'm booked the oyo rooms after my booking confirmed advance booking payment have done booking no. TXQY**** booking date **/**/***** to **/**/**** hotel name is master hotel sirsaganj dist. firozabad up after confirmed the booking I'm reached at location this location provides me through OYO side but he is not available on the location I'm founded this hotel approx * - * hours but he is not available on this location after that I'm called the oyo customer care he disconnected my line every time he will not provide any resolution & my refund he is fraud company he is wasted my time & my money so please looked this issue ASAP.. If you didn't provide any resolution so I'm going to police station & raise complain defamation case in this company..
