Hi,money got deducted from my account while booking my flight.but didn't recieve any confirmation.contacted customer care and they told that money will get refunded.Then again made a booking.again no confirmation.i have requested them for confirmation through email.Next day they send me a mail saying that the amount will get refunded.But by that time the rates have gone up three times more.
I have requested them to give me those bookings at the rate which I have paid earlier.but no one is responding.Can you please help me out in getting those flight tickets in the rate at which I have made the payment initially.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
