I would like to bring this to your concern that there are fraud companies run by fraudsters in India wherein they book travel packages for people and do human trafficking in some ways or the other. I had the same experience when I visited the Maldives with my wife on a honeymoon trip. Having booked my holiday through Yatra Online Pvt Ltd. Now I regret my decision as I was totally disgusted at the airport after reaching the Maldives and certainly got to know that my booking had been canceled. I booked this holiday in early September ****, made complete payment but Yatra didn't confirm my booking. I paid Yatra ****** INR to book this package but upon reaching the Maldives I got to know fro resort staff that my booking had been canceled as they didn't receive the money from Yatra and my voucher is null and void. I felt like I was a human trafficked by Yatra. Upon calling them there was no help provided by Yatra representatives and everything was already messed up. I have all the proofs to prove my point. I have also filed an FIR against Yatra and will take this matter forward in court.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
