On **th April i was required to make a reservation to travel from chennai to vizag to meet my parents and as was looking upon the travel agency travolook was offering a discount so decided to go with them.After making sucessful payment i received a mail saying that ticket has been cancelled due to fare expiry and immediately received a call from a female personnel saying that amount will be refunded with **-** days as it is as per their policy ..
Seeing their prompt call and email after cancellation felt that i am in safe hands and from there everything went downhill..After the stripulated time of **-** days called the customer support where they said it will take *-** days more due to payment issue and this continued for a whole month.It's *st of June now and even today they are saying more *-* days..
It has been more than ***-* days of wait time apart from **-** days but still no word from them.
I have lost job due to covid and i am a dad and the amount of *k could have atleast helped me in times of need.I feel frustrated and traumatized everytime i call the support as they just ask me to wait for *-* more days and it will get resolved surely..I have suffered a lot mentally with this effort of claiming and they casually saying *-* days more.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
