We had booked rooms through oyo app with booking ID BPJX****,but when we reached hotel they denied check in from oyo customers.we had to check in directly.we did not get the refund from oyo which was taken while initial booking.
We have called the customer care for more than ** times.but except apology we did not get any solution.
Moreover they booked another hotel without our knowledge and consent which is very far.That too we got to know about the new booking in the evening.
What a horrible service and no solution to the problems faced by the customers

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
