Today I booked AC slipper seat from Neem Ka Thana to Jaipur. Timely I boarded in the bus, but when I entered in the bus two other passengers were seating in my booked seat. Then I told the conductor to get my pre-booked seat vacant, but they didn't help me. Finally I requested to the passengers to give me some space and seat.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
