Mohit Kumar filed complaint against OYO on Jan 8, 2021
I booked a room with oyo app for * jan **** to * jan ****.
I made online advance payment for that.
When i visited at the hotel, hotel provided me classic (*X) room, instead of my booked room (Delux *X), by saying that Delux room is not available.
On the spot, i raised a complaint to oyo through the chat via OYO app. The representative of was saying me that i will get an update within **-** minutes.
I didn't get any response after that from the Oyo team. I had to stay there because it was cold night at that time.
Next day i raised a complaint through call to the OYO team. The created my ticket but not providing me the solution. They are saying, Chat complaints are not visible to us, you should made complaint to us at that time.
With this shit reason, they disconnected my call and didn't provided me solution/refund.
I tried to connect many times, but their response is same.
Please help me with this as soon as possible. OYO is doing fraud with their customers. The display you Delux room, but provide you the classic room.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
