Mohan filed complaint against Ola Cabs on Jan 2, 2019
i have booked in advance for an outstation trip through ola app - the booking was done on **th december'** an (**:**am) for travel on **st december'** early morning ( *:**am). the driver details / vehicle details has not been communicated nor my booking status was changed from scheduled to any other, and i was stranded. can't explain the agony this has caused as this was a trip planned with my family and guests. it was so embarrassing then, and i do not have any form of communication source (no email id, no phone, their specific numbers would not just work, and they just don't care).
i just can't accept this treatment and would want to raise my voice against this behavior of ola cabs. am attaching the screenshot of the booking page - taken as on today ( *nd january ****)

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
