I have booked car from goibibo for **th oct-**** from Dehradun to Indira gandhi airport Delhi. I have used some gocash+ amount and finally it cost me in **** Rs excluding toll tax and all. My amount was deducted from account but my booking was not confirmed. I called them up, they said book it again. This amount will be refunded to you after ** days. I said okay. I booked it again and again same thing happened. Again loss of **** Rs. Again i called them up and they said we can refund that, but cant help it out to book it. They have some site Technical issues. But for that why i should suffer? Now i can not book my tickets because **** i lost, which will be refunded after diwali, now i dnt have more money in my account to book. What should i do now?
