I had booked a bus from coimbatore to Ernakulam at *.** am.
The bus was at *.**am
It was showing the location as hotel aryaas which is in coimbatore and in palakkad as well. As I was checking in coimbatore, it was showing aaryas hotel in coimbatore. So proceeded with booking. After booking when I contacted operator, they are like the boarding is in palakkad which is **kms from coimbatore and also its another district. So asked for refund, but they are denying.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
