Jayesh Jhunjhunwala filed complaint against Air India on Aug 27, 2018
I had booked a Delhi-Dubai AI*** on **th August. I reached the airport at *:** p.m. for an *:** p.m. flight and was told that the flight was booked. On waiting for *.* hours, I was presented with no solution but the fact that no other flight is available. Then I was booked on an *:** Air India Express ticket to Abu Dhabhi with no guarantee for transport to Dubai from there. I paid *x the normal price for a *** dreamliner flight to Dubai and was given a shoddy *** with no proper food or in-flight entertainment. This is besides the mental harassment of waiting for *.* hours and then another hour at Abu Dhabhi till when the transport was arranged.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
