Ordered an Blue Star air conditioner from Reliance on March **, ****, and the installation was not properly handled.
We continued to file a formal complaint to bluestar and reliance throughout the year, and roughly ** technicians came to check the functionality, but the cooling issue continued unabated, mandating them to replace the product or issue a refund, which the Bluestar company and reliance denied.
We have the AC's validity period, but they are still unable to take any action.
I would appreciate it if you could assist us in this matter by replacing with the new one or refund the amount.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
