Zebpay - Blocked crypto withdrawal permanently

I invested in Bitcoin through Zebpay in ****. At the time, it was advertised as a free platform. However, I recently discovered that they deducted membership fees from my Bitcoin balance without my consent. When I attempted to transfer my Bitcoins to another wallet, they demanded a deposit of ₹*** into my INR wallet, citing KYC Level * requirements. To expedite the process, I used the instant deposit feature to transfer the funds. Now, they are claiming that because I used the instant deposit option, I am no longer allowed to withdraw my Bitcoins from my own wallet. This feels like a deliberate scam designed to trap users.

I have attached all email correspondence with their support team for reference. I demand the return of all the Bitcoins I purchased in ****, without any unauthorized deductions, as well as compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused by their actions.
