Shishir Udupa filed complaint against Airtel on Feb 13, 2019
I purchased hotspot with air tel post paid connect back in Oct ****. I had made a payment of Rs ****. This was for a * month plan. According to the plan, once this payment is made, there would be no further charges. I started getting mail after a month asking me to pay Rs ****. I went to store where I purchased hotspot and they told me that it was backend system issue and mentioned that it would be sorted out soon. A month passed and nothing happened, I got another bill and i went to the store again. I got the same response. Also my connection was disconnected. Store personnel gave me a number to connect. I followed up again by going to the store and spoke to manager, She promised me that issue would be sorted in a week (this was in Jan) and until now nothing is sorted.
I looks like the money that i paid was posted as a deposit and not payment. This was a mistake by the store personnel and they are not sure how to fix it.

Please note i am getting calls on a daily basis asking for payment. I have mentioned multiple times that I have made payment from my side. I have written emails and reached out to grievance team.
